ELECTRICAL FIRE ALARM MECHANIC

Ability to do the work of an Electrical Fire Alarm Mechanic without more than normal supervsion performing duties such as:
1) Analyzing a variety of interrelated meter indications to detect abnormal operating conditions and make necessary corrections by adjusting controls; 2) Repairing, aligning, modifying, installing, and maintaining a variety of commercial alarm systems (i.e. Firetek, Notifier, Edwards, Control Instrument, Pyrotonics, Gamewell, and Radionic). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
