MAINTENANCE WORKER
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Worker with no more than normal supervision performing the following duties:
1) Assembling scaffolding; 2) Interpreting blueprints, diagrams and sketches; and 3) Using common hand tools such as soldering iron, pipe threading machine, drills, punch presses, pop rivet gun, hydraulic presses, and power activated tools.
