Senior Leadership and Organizational Development Trainer

Our Human Resources team in Denver, Colorado has recently created a brand-new position for a Senior Leadership & Organizational Development Trainer on our Corporate Learning & Development team ? this role can be based in either Lemoore, CA (preferred), Tracy, CA, or Denver, CO. Will you turn your passion for both training & development as well as instructional design into impact by taking on this incredible new opportunity at Leprino Foods?
In this role you will take ownership of Leprino's Leadership Development Program within ALL our nine plants ? this includes all forepersons, supervisors, senior supervisors, all the way up to plant manager (almost 1,000 individuals every year). Although you will only facilitate the training within our three California plants.
We hope the right candidate has proficiency in Instructional Design as you will be responsible for creating leadership development content (such as workshops, guides, workbooks, etc).
Manage the assessment, design, development and ongoing management of Leprino's frontline leadership development programs while ensuring the program motivates and inspires organizational learning. Create and deliver development programs focused on addressing high-impact leadership development needs such as, mentoring, coaching, level-specific leadership development, assessments, etc.
Deliver objective based informal and formal learning solutions using participant centered learning that engages the learner and produces desired behavioral changes; manage and respond to learner needs.
Design, create, and develop informal and formal learning solutions to meet organizational needs; analyze and select the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact.
Create both classroom and eLearning content that is easily understood by the intended audience when designing.
Ensure that the learning is made available in the most effective platform and delivered with credibility and enthusiasm.
Gather, organize, and analyze information regarding the impact of learning solutions including behavioral modification as a result of the learning process.
Present information in a way that is meaningful to the organization; use learning metrics and analytics to inform organizational decision making.

A chance to reside in Lemoore, California: 30 minutes south of Fresno, an hour from the popular China Peak Ski Resort as well as Sequoia National Park, and a two-hour drive to Yosemite National Park.
You Have (Minimum Qualifications)
A Bachelor's is mandatory.
If you are based out of Lemoore, CA (which is our high preference): you must be able to travel 25%. If you are based out of Tracy, CA: you must be able to travel 35% of the time. If you are based out of our corporate headquarters in Denver (not-preferred): you will expect to travel 60% of the time to our three California facilities.
Basic to Intermediate experience in Instructional Design.
At least five years in a Learning-related discipline.
Three years designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led content.
Experience in successfully applying project and program management disciplines, methodology, and tools.
You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in L&D or Human Resources.
Six years of experience as a Leadership Development trainer.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Since you will be teaching leadership to our fantastic work force, we'd like to see someone with previous people management experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
