Senior Supervisor Processing

As the Sr. Processing Supervisor, you will report directly to the Processing Department Manager. You will provide direction to production employees. Your duties will include; ensuring production schedules are met in a timely manner, as well as planning manpower to meet those schedules, and quality standards are achieved by monitoring the processing steps from the intake of raw ingredients to finished product shipment. Assert food safety as a priority that cannot be compromised and ensures that the team is trained and qualified in a manner that meets food safety requirements.Responsibilities We Ask Of You To: Provide leadership, direction, and professional development for up to five production supervisors. Supervise the daily shift operations of the Department to ensure production standards, quality parameters, safety procedures, and department business plan goals are met. Work effectively with the maintenance team to minimize production downtime and ensure preventative maintenance is performed on schedule. Responsible for monitoring the total production process including continual monitoring of the total product flow, equipment, process methodology, mechanical repair work orders, on-the-job training of employees, writing and developing standard operating procedures (SOP), product quality, product yields and safety excellence. Qualifications We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): Excellent time management skills. Knowledge and experience with HACCP, GMP, CIP/COP, PPE. Proven ability to work closely with others to achieve a common goal. Leadership and people management skills. Preferred experience with leading and/or supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives. Knowledge and experienceworking within CI methodologies in the following areas:  Kaizen, Standard Work, 5S Program, Process Mapping, Cause Mapping, and Project Management.  2018-3076

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
